Automatic Hydraulic Decoiler

Brief introdution of the decoiler: 1.Specially design for our Brasil customer . 2. Equiped with the rolling machine.

Details of the decoiler:

1-    material: sheet of steel  SAE 1010

2-    material thinckness  -  2,0 - 5,0 mm

3- material Width        - 90- 400 mm

A.thickness2.0-3.0          - width  90-130mm

B. thickness 2.0-5.0          -width  131-400mm

 4- max. coil weight      -5000 kg

 5-coil I.D.  -500 - 510 mm

  6- max coil O.D.    -1700 mm

 7- hold down arm device with motorized  ROLL and pressing hydraulic. Please pay attencion , to  the minimum width of the strip.

 (The speed motorized roll : about  10 - 12 m/ min)

 8-uncoil expansion  hidraulic

9- uncoiler  with air disc brake device

10- uncoilling speed when hold down arm is lifted ( speed of feeding) : 30- 50 m/min . Customer’s rolling forming has this speed.Use the hydraulic motor to drive the material feeding into the rolling forming machine,then the hydraulic in idle running and the coil dragged by the rolling forming machine.

11- to assemble a clutch to advoid damage to hydraulic motor.

12 – decoiler hydraulic car - dig a hole

 13.-8 A vanes and can be movable.;

 14- 8 A vanes should be movable,arms to keep in the center line of the strip ( look at the drawing) even though customers change the coil width between 90mm to 400mm.
